“Waiter was great....humus ...great variety and absolutely delicious....I had the lamb dish and it was good...pulled lamb....my niece had chicken and my sister said it was quite succulent.Dhe had a fish dish that she ate completely and like. Price was great we had a flourless chocolate cake that we all shared and did not finish. It was quite rich. Good experience..we got there right after opening but it filled up quickly. It's worth a try.Vegetarian options: Not a wide variety for dinner...only pasta”

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .”

“As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.”

“Over the many years I’ve been eating at the Bryn Mawr Tiffin, the manager, Rudra and his staff have been overly hospitable to me. They’ve allowed me to cook and watch in the back of the kitchen and see how their operation works. They work smoothly and efficiently . I have seen them serve so many orders in the span of 30 minutes and each dish was cooked with intense attention to detail. The food they’ve served is better than any Indian food I’ve ever had. (This is no joke) I have been to almost every Tiffin location in the area and it doesn’t taste this good. If you are new to Indian cuisine, you should get the Chicken Tikki Masala. It will immediately jump into your list of favorite foods. What a treat!!”

“A lot of places don't live up to the hype. That is not the case with Surreal. From the second we walked in, we were greeted, and asked if it was our first visit. The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered samples and suggestions. Our customer experience alone was worth the trip.The Thai milk tea was the best I have ever had. I was offered a sample of the taro ice cream (not something I would have ordered on my own) and WOW. It might have been the best ice cream I have had. Needless to say I ordered one.Check it out, my entire family enjoyed their orders too. Absolutely worth the trip.”

“Zesto's is definitely some of the best pizza you can get in this area. Whenever we order from there, my boyfriend and I like getting two of their 12" specialty pies, with different toppings on each half. Doing this is cheaper than ordering some of their full 12" pizzas, and you get to try out their delicious toppings. My all time favorites are the chicken bacon ranch and hot roast pork pizzas. We also have had and liked the chicken parm, white, and Italian stallion. The only reason I'm not giving them a full five stars is because they take so long to prepare the food. We've been told on the phone "30 minutes," then when we arrive there to pick it up 30 minutes later, they have us waiting inside for another 10.”

“One of our favorite places in Bryn Mawr. The food was absolutely spectacular and our server was absolutely delightful. they had something new on the menu and the enthusiasm of our server convinced us to try it and she was absolutely spot on! We also got the Bryn Mawr roll, because we were there to drop our youngest off at Bryn Mawr for freshman year. We ended up ordering two rounds of rolls and man do I wish I had room for more because they were ALL fantastic, but I am still drooling over that Bryn Mawr roll. It's not the most "exciting" but it was just PERFECT. I really can't wait to go visit my kid and go to Sushi Land again!!!”

“I traveled from Ann arbor for the weekend and wanted to visit Lourdas. I hadn't been there for years but it is as lovely and inviting as it was years ago. We had grilled Octopus salad and soupa avgolemono. Then we had shrimp Lourdas and lamb chops. They were both delectable. We took baklava and galactobureko home for dessert. The staff were attentive and patient and the other patrons seemed to be regulars with a few newbies here and there. I can't wait to go back!!”

“My son and I stopped in for a late lunch and found this store front restaurant to be very friendly and clean. The service was prompt and the Burritos we ordered were the largest we've ever seen and very good, and reasonably priced. The shiny decorative tabletops inlaid with Mexican patterns added to our pleasant dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant when you're in the area.”
